Caitlyn Silhan is an attorney at Waters & Kraus, LLP in the Dallas office. Caitlyn focuses her practice on federal law, international law, qui tam, and pharmaceutical litigation. She earned her Bachelor of Arts degree at Boston University. She was awarded her Juris Doctor Degree from Tulane University Law School, where she was a Dean's Scholar and selected to the Order of the Coif before graduating magna cum laude. Caitlyn is a member of the Dallas Bar Association, State Bar of Texas, Taxpayers Against Fraud, and the American Association for Justice - Qui Tam Litigation Group.
